AIDA1 (1day, $190, including lunch)

Morning
After learning how to breathe freely through theory, practice in the swimming pool.
Afternoon
We go to the sea and take underwater pictures and enjoy the sea of Bohol.

AIDA2 (2.5days, $380, including lunch)

Theory
Freediving physiology, freediving technic(skill) etc..
Pool
Underwater swimmimg, static, 100m swim test
Open water
Duck diving, freediving pressure equilibrium, blackout diver rescue , practice CWT

AIDA3 (3days, $460, including lunch)

Theory
Freediving disciplines, about lung, residual capacity and lung stretching method
Pool
Dynamic training method for increasing distance, 200m swim test
Open water
Appropriate neutral buoyancy check & free fall, practice CWT & FIM

AIDA4 (4days, $580, including lunch)

Theory
Mouth-fill method to get deeper into the water, FRC training method that produces the same effect as deep water even in shallow water, food that is good for freediving, relationship between freediving and decompression sickness, nitrogen anesthesia etc...
Pool
Dynamic training, dynamic no fin and static, 400m swim test
Open water
Practice focusing on mouth-fill & FRC divingM

AIDA instructor (6~9days, $1700)

Theory (education & evaluation)
Hilosophy, standards, procedures & insurance as a freediving instructor, practical educational skills, A total of four or five department presentations from beginner and intermediate courses, theoretical test
Pool (education & evaluation)
Two or three pool presentations of beginner and intermediate courses
[For pool stamina test] Static more than 4minutes, dynamic 85meters, dynamic no fin 50meters, 400m swim within 10minutes, 800m fin swim within 15minutes
Open water (education & evaluation)
Two or three open water presentations of beginner and intermediate courses
[For open water stamina test] 40m CWT(with mask & bi-fin), 20m 5round-trip(surface interval of 1 minute each), 25m rescue + 50m towing, 20m 60 seconds to rescue.

At least 2 people can proceed, and there is an additional charge $400 for 1 person.

Training & Coaching Session

We will install a buoy at the depth of the diver's level, and provide proper coaching as well as safety when diving.
There are usually morning session.
Installment price
  • 1session : $50
  • 10session : $400 (Always available regardless of time period, but impossible to transfer to someone else)
  • 30session : $1000 (Always available regardless of time period, but impossible to transfer to someone else)

Boating & Buoy rental

If diver who is qualified as an instructor, you can rent it and conduct a personal session. At least 2people can proceed.
  • 1session : $25 (per person)
  • 10session : $200 (per person, Always available regardless of time period, but impossible to transfer to someone else, each dive 100p for tax is excluded)
  • 30session : $450 (per person, Always available regardless of time period, but impossible to transfer to someone else, each dive 100p for tax is excluded)
